The breakfast selection was decent and filling, and the location was great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The room was freezing at night, and despite looking for a phone to call reception, none could be found. We also had to check in at a different hotel which was inconvenient.

The hotel's location was great for exploring the central square with its restaurants and shops. It was easy to find a place to eat and have a drink, and there was a bakery just down the street with great coffee. the room had good internet, and the staff was friendly.
The rooms were small and cramped and the stairs were very steep, making it difficult to carry luggage to the rooms.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the main square and within walking distance of all the city's shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the facilities is also impressive. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Can't think of anything.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the great breakfast served at the hotel, with a wide variety of options. the hotel's location was just what we needed, being close to all the shops and amenities.
The winding staircase was a bit of a struggle with luggage in tow and the lack of an elevator. the poorly lit bedside reading lights made it difficult to enjoy a book before sleeping.
